The Bow Wow Bathhouse opened its doors in the center of South Deerfield Massachusetts in 2006 offering our clients top quality State of the Art grooming services. In 2007 we expanded our services and moved our location to a 16,000 sq. ft. facility on 5 acres surrounded by farm land in Whately Massachusetts. We are the only facility of this type in all of Western Massachusetts. Our building boasts an 8,000 sq. ft. fully climate controlled indoor play area, a 10,000 sq. ft. fenced in outdoor play area, luxury 5x6 tiled boarding suites with their own cot, a large separate room for the kitties with roomy cat condos, and a large retail area filled with all your pets needs. Our mission is to provide the best care and safest environment for your pets. As animal lovers ourselves, we know how stressful it can be to leave your loved one with others. You can rest assured that while you're away he/she is socializing with other animals and people all day, is not confined in a "pen" at night, rather a large tiled room of their own, and is enjoying fun filled days with lots of activity, love and attention.
