To the Bow Wow Bath House staff,

I wanted to drop an email to let you know how pleased we are with your wonderful work and staff. Kane looks beautiful,oops I mean handsome. As you know our last two experiences with groomers hasn't been very good. Kane was hit by my long time groomer and another groomer wrapped his head in a towel to cut his nails. He has been very scared to even see a comb. Your wonderful staff took great care of Kane. You understood that he was a puppy and at 10 months old everything is new to him. Kane's hair cut looks great. His nails are cut beautiful and he smells great. Your staff took the time to speak to us and to gove Kane that extra special care he needed. We can;t thank you enough. Kane said he can't wait to come back to Bow Wow Bath House in July for another great day of grooming. It was worth the 50 minute drive.
